AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flex Discovery, a leading provider of managed e-discovery and attorney review services today announced the completion of the acquisition of e-DOCUPLUS. e-DOCUPLUS will continue to provide the same exceptional services and support to its clients along with the innovative Managed ESI and Managed Review services provided by Flex Discovery.
Flex Discovery will retain 100 percent of the current e-DOCUPLUS staff including Tim Morenc, e-DOCUPLUS managing partner and co-founder, who will continue as managing partner for Flex Discovery in Orange County. Mr. Morenc brings more than 13 years of e-discovery and data management experience in the legal services industry to Flex Discovery. Prior to e-DOCUPLUS, Mr. Morenc held numerous executive management positions at other leading legal services providers such as Whitmont Legal Technologies and IKON Document Solutions.
