Pairs Superior Workload and Cluster Management for an Optimized Data Center

AUSTIN, Texas--()--Univa, the data center optimization company, today announced that effective immediately StackIQ, the leader in multi-server management systems for clusters and clouds, will market, sell and support Univa Grid Engine to its customer and reseller channels. With more than 10,000 data centers using Rocks and Grid Engine, this partnership brings together two of the most widely deployed and trusted HPC management products.

The arrangement will allow organizations to more easily implement the most scalable and high performing distributed computing solutions on the market. With out-of-the-box integration into Rocks+ with the Univa Grid Engine Roll, the deployment and configuration of Univa Grid Engine is fully automated and seamless. In addition, this solution provides a leading, independent alternative solution for Platform LSF partners.
