ROK Global PLC, the UK-based technology, applications and services company, has announced the formation of an exclusive joint venture (JV) with Dallas-based Wintec Protective Systems, Inc. to market the GSS-11 range of glass-strengthening products globally.
Wintec have developed the easy-to-apply, low-cost and fully patented GSS-11 glass-strengthening technology using ‘Hydro-Train’ absorption chemistry to bond patented film, developed by Wintec, to ordinary glass.
GSS-11 is officially approved as a ‘Tier 2’ bullet-proof protective coating to glass and will be added to ROK’s suite of innovative and cost-effective security and protection technologies and services.
