MTI Adds Two New Business Analytics Specialists to Broaden Client Support

LANGHORNE, Pa.--()--MTI today announced the addition of Justin Hawver and Stephen Prybella as Business Analytics specialists in a move to broaden the firm’s development of segmentation, resource allocation, test and learn and measurement activity to meet the growing demand of these services from our clients. MTI works as a strategic partner to offer experience and innovation in a perfect balance as a trusted PRM partner.

Brian Tvenstrup, MTI’s senior vice president, Business Analytics said: “Justin and Stephen are experienced professionals whose combined abilities will bring enhanced value to our business analytics services. As BA team members, they will implement the analytical side of MTI-run programs, including the setup and analysis of communication programs and tests. They will also develop new methods for visualizing and interacting with analytical results, and perform market analyses to look at the past, present and future of the pharmaceutical industry relative to our current/potential clients’ positions.”

Prybella was most recently a Manager within the Analytics department at First Equity Card Corporation, where he provided strategic support for account management programs, and developed predictive models used for account acquisitions. Hawver was previously a Senior Measurement Analyst with the National Board of Medical Examiners. While there he managed and performed scoring, equating, reporting and analytical work for the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE). He also was responsible for creating the database, scoring system, feedback and analytical work for new “modular” exams.

Hawver is completing studies at the Fox School of Business, Temple University while working toward an M.S. Statistics degree. He also attended Princeton University where he earned an A.B. Psychology degree, focusing in neuroscience. Prybella attended Princeton University where he graduated with a B.A. in Economics. He is presently pursuing an M.S. in Statistics at Temple University.
