“From Information Systems to Innovation Systems” attendees will learn strategies used to propel successful IS departments to establishing an innovative environment and tactics for best educating and approaching technology- and business-related constituents. Conference speakers contrast approaches and techniques between private-sector and public-sector IS best practices. Presentations examine specific tools for managing investment allocation, project pipeline, delivery performance, and application portfolio management.
