Trading Places International Acquires Management Contracts for Grand Crowne Resorts in Branson, Missouri

LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trading Places International (TPI), a provider of management, exchange, and leisure services to vacation owners and an operating business of Interval Leisure Group (Nasdaq: IILG), today announced it has begun providing management services to the more than 20,000 owners at three Grand Crowne vacation ownership resorts in Branson, Missouri. These include the Carriage Place, Grand Crowne, and Surrey properties.

As part of these agreements, TPI will deliver a full range of services that include resort operations such as front-desk check-in, housekeeping, and unit maintenance; financial assistance in the areas of planning, budgeting, and forecasting in concert with association boards; rentals; and communications between the associations and their members.

The accommodations at Carriage Place, Grand Crowne, and Surrey are spacious and feature full dining areas, great rooms, washers and dryers, multiple television sets, and DVD players. On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spas, concierge services, and activity centers.

Guests at the resorts can also enjoy numerous entertainment offerings in Branson, the area that has become known as the “Live Music Show Capital of the World,” with its more than 50 theatres and 100 different shows. It also has dozens of attractions, theme parks, and museums. Since Branson is located in the foothills of the Ozarks and is home to Table Rock Lake, it also offers visitors a variety of outdoor recreational options such as hiking, biking, fishing, and sailing.
