Monster Takes BeKnown™ Mobile

Professional networking application for Facebook now available on iPhone and Android platforms

MAYNARD, Mass.--()--As popularity continues to rise for BeKnown™, the professional networking app for Facebook from Monster Worldwide (NYSE: MWW), the company today introduced mobile versions of the app. Not only can Facebook users establish and manage their professional network on the world’s most popular social platform with BeKnown, but now they can take that experience to two of the world’s leading mobile platforms – Android and iPhone. BeKnown users can also access the app from other modern mobile browsers via the BeKnown mobile site.

With the mobile website for BeKnown and the iPhone and Android specific versions of the app, users can take advantage of many of the features in BeKnown without being tethered to their desktop or laptop.

Key functionality in the mobile versions of BeKnown includes the ability to:

  • Exchange messages between connections
  • Receive push notifications (iPhone app only)
  • Search for Monster jobs
  • Discover jobs posted by connections
