Iron Bow senior executives acquire a controlling interest in company

CHANTILLY, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Iron Bow Technologies, LLC, announced today that Rene LaVigne, President and CEO, along with other current senior executives, have acquired a controlling interest in the company through a management buyout. Iron Bow, with revenues of approximately $800 million and over 300 employees, was majority owned by private equity funds managed by New Mountain Capital LLC (New Mountain). New Mountain and other selling shareholders will collectively retain a minority interest in connection with the transaction.
