The leading Nearshore IT Services firm moves its US headquarters to Dallas as part of its North America expansion strategy

He has a unique background of wide-ranging outsourcing experience combined with nine years of leading large consulting engagements. A founding partner of BearingPoint, David has significant experience in the private as well as the federal, state and local government sectors in the US. He also has extensive global experience, having supported sales and delivery in Asia, South America, Canada and Europe.
