Scientia Advisors Names Gretchen Hamilton as COO

New COO to help support Scientia’s strong growth

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Scientia Advisors, LLC, a leading growth strategy firm for the healthcare industry, today announced that Gretchen Hamilton, Esq. has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. In this position, Hamilton is responsible for building Scientia’s operational infrastructure and managing the functional resources teams to both support the firm’s rapid growth and achieve new benchmarks for consulting services quality.

Hamilton comes to Scientia with over 15 years in legal, operational, financial and human capital management. Most recently, Gretchen served as a member of the leadership team and associate counsel for Linbeck Group, LLC, a $600 million national construction management firm. During her tenure with Linbeck, her regional division grew from $5 million to more than $100 million in construction projects under contract, with many in the healthcare sector. Prior to Linbeck, Hamilton was an associate attorney at the Boston law firm of Tarlow, Breed, Hart & Rodgers, P.C.
