FlexPod is a pretested and validated data center solution that combines networking computing and storage in a shared infrastructure, and supports multiple application workloads. Datalink’s OneCall unified support services also span other multi-vendor, virtual data center reference architectures. To date, Datalink is the first FlexPod channel partner to assume ownership of and deliver FlexPod support services.
Datalink’s unified FlexPod support services streamline resolution times, free up IT teams, and maximize data center efficiency. Datalink unified support services supplement original equipment manufacturer (OEM) support programs and provide streamlined solution-level assessment and resolution. Leveraging the support services teams, best practices, and data center expertise of OneCall, Datalink will assume ownership of each reported incident, conduct initial triages, and resolve issues. Should incidents be escalated to OEMs, Datalink will shepherd all incidents until a resolution is achieved.
