The ECLC provides a forum for enterprise cloud users to drive business and technical requirements for enterprise-grade cloud services. In addition to supporting the collaborative development of TM Forum’s Frameworx suite of standards for cloud services operations and management, the council also works toward removing the barriers to enterprise cloud services adoption.

The ECLC provides strategic direction to TM Forum’s Cloud and New Services Initiative and is comprised of some of the largest and most innovative global enterprises, including: AT&T, Auxia Partners, Boeing, CA Technologies, Cisco, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Credit Suisse, the Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) of the U.S. Department of Defense, Deutsche Bank, ING, HP, Microsoft, Northrop-Grumman, SWIFT, Telstra, West Avenue Capital Markets Partners and many more.

“The ECLC are the thought leaders that have active cloud programs and are driving the standard and the marketplace for the adoption of cloud services for all types of enterprises. ING’s experience in adapting training methods and common process models, like ITIL, to cloud environments are helping to create a full set of cloud services standards that can be used by any organization,” says Kerrison. “The collaborative nature of the ECLC makes it extremely beneficial for every company involved. ING is proud to play a leading part in this positive, proactive approach to cloud services standardization.”

“With his creative, visionary approach to enabling cloud services within a large organization, Tony is well-positioned to lead the ECLC. His experience in adapting training methods and common process models for cloud environments is helping create a full set of cloud services standards that can be used by any organization,” says Matt Edwards, Director of the Cloud and New Services Initiative, TM Forum. “With Tony at the helm, the ECLC will continue its mission in making TM Forum’s Frameworx suite of standards a go-to reference for enterprises that want to streamline the cloud services adoption process and realize the benefits of this technology paradigm.”

“Tony is a proven leader in some of the most complex, multi-national organizations,” said Eric Pulier, Executive Director of the ECLC. “The ECLC is a practical, results-based body comprised of many of the world’s largest companies and government bodies, dedicated to sharing actionable best practices, standing up real-world reference implementations and advancing the adoption of enterprise cloud operating models.
