HarperCollins Publishers and FOX News Channel to Publish Exclusive Enhanced E-Book on the Rebuilding of the World Trade Center

NEW YORK--()--HarperCollins Publishers and FOX News Channel (FNC) will release a digital-only enhanced e-book, RISE OF FREEDOM: The New World Trade Center, on August 23, 2011, announced Ana Maria Allessi, Vice President and Publisher of HarperMedia and Michael Clemente, Senior Vice President of News for FNC.

The multimedia enhanced e-book provides an overview of the rebuilding effort that has taken place at Ground Zero over the last 10 years. It explores all aspects of the new World Trade Center site, including building details, the construction process and timeline, and the individuals and organizations that made the rebuilding effort possible. Readers will be able to visually explore the 16-acre site through more than 85 photos, original animation, and 15 videos of FNC anchor Shepard Smith reporting from Ground Zero. Additionally, Smith contributed a video report in the introduction sharing his experience as a journalist covering 9/11.
