Intermedix Corporation Acquires Comprehensive Medical Billing Solutions, Inc.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--()--Intermedix Corporation, the leading provider of technology-based business services to the emergency healthcare services industry, announced today it has acquired the assets of Comprehensive Medical Billing Solutions, Inc. (“CMBS” of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma).

CMBS is a leading provider of revenue cycle management services for hospital-based emergency physicians. For 10 years, CMBS has specialized in coding, billing and reimbursement services and is particularly focused on optimizing the reimbursement process. Bryan Vinyard and Robert Thomas, co-founders of CMBS, will join the Intermedix Leadership Team. Bryan will serve as Executive Vice President of the Intermedix Emergency Department Revenue Cycle Management business. Robert will become a Senior Vice President of Operations.
