Thompson Hine Partner To Be Inducted as ACEBC Fellow

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thompson Hine LLP partner Jack F. Fuchs has been selected for induction as a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC). He joins Thompson Hine partner Karen D. Youngstrom, who is a Charter Fellow of ACEBC.

Fellows are selected by the ACEBC board of governors following the successful completion of a formal nomination and application process. They are required to have a minimum of 20 years’ experience as employee benefits practitioners, and those selected are deemed to have made significant contributions to the advancement of the employee benefits field.

Fuchs, a partner in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, ERISA Litigation and Business Litigation groups, focuses his practice on litigation involving ERISA and fiduciary issues. He is recognized in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in the area of Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation. Fuchs earned his J.D. and his M.A. from the University of Cincinnati and his B.A. from The University of Chicago.
