At the heart of the process is the National Trading Partner Survey, a quarterly evaluation submitted by team members from every market and level inside the organization. The home builder’s team members rate trading partners on a 1 to 10 scale. Scores are then averaged and ranked from “A” to “F” in 20 percent increments. Every year through the joint efforts of David Weekley Homes and its suppliers, the bar is raised.
