HEALDSBURG, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ascentia Wine Estates today announced that Mike Kenton has left the company and that Jim DeBonis, the company’s vice chairman, will assume responsibility as Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.
A company spokesman stated that “The board of managers simply did not see eye to eye with Mr. Kenton on how to best achieve success.”
