Radisphere Appoints Alison Shurell as Chief Marketing Officer

WESTPORT, Conn.--()--Radisphere, the market leader in software-enabled physician services, today announced that it has added Alison Shurell to the executive management team as chief marketing officer. In this role, Shurell will lead Radisphere’s strategic marketing activities, brand management, client acquisition and retention initiatives, and public relations to facilitate growth of the company.

Prior to joining Radisphere, Ms. Shurell worked for IntraLinks, Inc. (NYSE: IL), a leading global provider of B2B software-as-a-service solutions, where her most recent role was Vice President of Product Marketing. In that role, Ms. Shurell led the successful launch of the company’s Life Sciences business. During her time at IntraLinks, Ms. Shurell also served as Vice President of Marketing, directing marketing to the debt capital markets community and new and emerging markets. Prior to IntraLinks, Ms. Shurell served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and held other senior marketing roles at KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY), one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies, where she launched the McDonald Financial Group brand. Ms. Shurell began her career in global corporate marketing at Sterling Commerce, an IBM company, providing B2B electronic commerce software solutions, where she launched partnership marketing programs. Ms. Shurell holds an undergraduate degree in Business Psychology and Marketing from Miami University and an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College.
