LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UGL Services®, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), today announced that Jeffrey Peterson has been appointed Chief Information Officer for UGL Services worldwide. He reports directly to Robert Shibuya, Group President UGL Services.
Peterson is responsible for UGL Services technology strategy, standardization of the company’s infrastructure, and delivery of customer technology solutions across the global organization. He is already leading the UGL Services Global Technology Refresh Project, which will transform and standardize the enterprise approach for all IT operations.

Most recently, Peterson was UGL Chief Information Officer – North America where he managed Information Technology teams and infrastructure for both UGL Services North America Facility Management and Corporate Real Estate operations. He was also involved in various global strategic initiatives for the UGL Services division. Peterson has been with UGL Services since 1998.
Previously, he held several positions at Arthur Andersen & Co. in the United States and Europe. Responsibilities included project and manager positions culminating in his appointment as Global Director of Arthur Andersen Technology Services. Peterson holds a Bachelor’s degree from North Park University, Chicago. He will be based in Boston.
