VION Purchases Land-Secured Loan Portfolio

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VION Receivable Investments (VION) announces the acquisition of a land division portfolio of a Fortune 500 finance company. The sale of the portfolio enables the seller to divest non-core interests for immediate liquidity, and establishes a market position for VION in real estate backed investments.
