System Technical Support Corporation Announces Follow-on Order for C-5 Aircraft Maintenance Program

LOS ANGELES--()--System Technical Support Corporation announced that it has received an additional order on a long-term US Air Force program supporting maintenance requirements for the C-5 aircraft. The C-5 Galaxy provides strategic, heavy airlift capabilities over intercontinental distances, and was first deployed in 1969. The C-5 aircraft is currently in use supporting ongoing military operations, including Operation Enduring Freedom. The contract is a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. Work will be performed in Hawthorne, CA. Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA is the contracting activity.
