Wells Fargo Insurance Services Names Yuan Zheng Client Services Advisor

Industry veteran to support company’s growing international benefits practice

CHICAGO--()--Wells Fargo Insurance Services has named Yuan Zheng client services advisor for the company’s international benefits practice. In his role, Zheng will provide global consultation and support for Wells Fargo’s current and prospective multinational employee benefits customers. He will be based in Chicago and report to Edward Cha, client services leader.

“Yuan has an accomplished and diverse background of international benefit experience, including the inventory and assessment of international benefit plans, global benefits management, coordinated global accounting disclosures and multi-country mergers and acquisitions,” said Patrick Hickey, managing director and national practice leader. “His experience will support the rapid growth of Wells Fargo’s international benefits practice and strengthen our commitment to satisfy all of our customers’ global employee benefit needs.”

Prior to joining Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Zheng worked for Aon Hewitt as an actuarial analyst. He also worked at Mercer as an international consultant and RSM McGladrey as a client manager. Zheng is an associate of the Society of Actuaries, an enrolled actuary under Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, China and his master’s degree in actuarial science from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
