Northern Trust Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northern Trust Corporation, holding company of The Northern Trust Company, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share on its common stock ($1.66-2/3 par value). The dividend is payable on October 3, 2011 to stockholders of record on its transfer books at 5 p.m., Chicago time, on September 9, 2011.
