NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Join women of all ages and professions from across the state of Louisiana at the Hilton Riverside in New Orleans on September 23, 2011 for the 3rd Annual Louisiana Women’s Conference! The conference addresses women’s social, cultural, economic, and political challenges through an interactive agenda and provides learning and networking opportunities. The featured keynote speaker is Dee Dee Myers, former White House Press Secretary, Political Correspondent, and Author.
“The Louisiana Women’s Conference is a statewide forum for the women in Louisiana to build and develop each other professionally and individually,” said Dennis Kennedy, Founder and CEO of the National Diversity Council.
This year’s theme is “People, Purpose, and Passion: The Pathway to Success.” Success comes in many forms, but rarely without our purpose, passion, and relatives and friends supporting us along the way. This unique event includes distinctive speakers, instructive sessions and exciting networking opportunities.
The conference will have three tracks: Entrepreneurship, Professional Development, and Community Enrichment. There will be over 12 concurrent sessions that will fall under these tracks, as well as over 30 exceptional presenters. In addition, corporate executives and lawyers will be honored with the Most Powerful and Influential Women award, which is given out annually to women who have the tenacity it takes to excel in their field of expertise.
The day-long conference is an excellent value for $79.00! To register and pay online, go to https://www.nationalwomensconference.com/Louisiana/registration.php.
