CosmetAssure Receives Approval in Utah

MONTGOMERY, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CosmetAssure, a unique elective cosmetic surgery insurance program, is pleased to announce that all plastic surgeons in the state of Utah are now approved to offer CosmetAssure to their patients.

With the addition of Utah to the CosmetAssure roster, this specialized insurance is now available in 45 states and the District of Columbia. CosmetAssure is only available to Board Certified Plastic Surgeons who are members of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) or the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). CosmetAssure is owned by Aesthetic Surgeons’ Financial Group (ASFG).

Many patients are unaware that their health insurance policy will not cover complications following an elective cosmetic procedure. CosmetAssure provides coverage to patients who may experience complications when undergoing a cosmetic procedure. Patients are eligible for benefits if they choose a CosmetAssure participating physician and meet the qualifying admissions as stated in the CosmetAssure policy. CosmetAssure is endorsed by the prestigious American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
