INDIANAPOLIS--()--QCSA Holdings announced today that Susan Gordon has been named Director of Sales and Service. In this position, Ms. Gordon will be responsible for growing and maintaining QCSA’s non-insurance client base and will focus on rolling out QCSA’s new technology platforms to the company’s non-insurance segment. Gordon is based out of Charlotte, NC and will report to Joe Mappes, Senior Vice President of Sales and Service.

Gordon’s experience for the past 15 years includes National Account Sales at Manheim and National Sales Manager, Auctions and Remarketing for Diamond-Triumph Auto Glass. Most recently Gordon was Executive Sales Director at PAR North America. Ms. Gordon also serves as a member of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance and has participated on the membership development & recruitment committee.
