CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ringold Financial Management Services (“Ringold”) and Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (“CCA”) today announced the formation of a joint venture partnership (“JV”). The JV combines skills from both firms to target the public sector’s growing need for forensic accounting, auditing, risk management, corporate and internal investigations, management consulting, project management, director risk planning, and training. Government and municipal contracts in Cook County and the City of Chicago will be the focus of the JV.
“We are extremely fortunate to partner with Ringold’s experienced team to deliver government-focused services directly benefitting Chicagoland taxpayers,” said Harry Cendrowski, Managing Director of CCA. “Our partnership with Ringold will help clients maximize revenue, manage costs, and deter fraud.”
Ringold is a licensed Certified Public Accounting and Management Consulting firm with a successful record as a rapidly growing Minority Business Enterprise. “We bring sophisticated project management expertise to the economic challenges facing Chicago-area governmental agencies and municipalities,” said Michelle Ringold, President and CEO of Ringold Financial Management Services. Among other engagements, the firm managed the accounting conversion of over 300 Chicago public schools, voucher audits for the City of Chicago, and the development of numerous disaster recovery plans. Last year, Ringold’s headquarters was selected by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn as the site for his press conference announcing the Illinois Small Business Job Creation Tax Credit. “Our JV with CCA directly complements our portfolio of existing services. We feel this collaboration will be especially fruitful for Ringold and its clients.”
