NIRI-NY Wins Multiple Chapter Leadership Awards at NIRI National Conference

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The New York Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI-NY) announced that the chapter was honored with three awards at NIRI’s annual Chapter Leadership Awards event held in Orlando on June 11^th:

Best Overall Large Chapter: NIRI-NY was honored with this premier award for its continued success in providing value to its members in the form of networking opportunities, professional development, and highly relevant, timely programming, all while leveraging partnerships to minimize costs for the chapter.
Best Special Event: The chapter was recognized for its Special Summer Program on Dodd-Frank and its Impact on IROs, which was free to members and took place just 21 days after President Obama signed Dodd-Frank into law.
Individual Chapter Leadership Award: Outgoing chapter president Michael Becker was honored for his leadership during this extremely successful program season.
