The user-friendly upgrade accelerates usability of AMSI’s popular web-based Evolution software, transforming the suite of applications into an even more dynamic tool for strengthening the business performance of owners, investors and managers of multi-family, commercial, senior and student living properties.

With its modern layout and new menu design, intuitive user interface and customizable task bars and dashboards, Evolution 7 provides a richer user experience and dashboard-driven efficiency throughout each application, which includes eSite, ePO, eService and eFinancials. Delivered in Microsoft® Silverlight and powered by the .NET framework, the data snap-ins can be configured, labeled and presented in a tabbed format for greater workflow management and role-based views of real-time, actionable data by date, property, region or portfolio.

AMSI’s Evolution executive dashboard provides an even deeper level of business intelligence. The web-based dashboard empowers executives with operational and financial information to make educated, accurate and timely decisions.

Armed with graphical displays, real-time intelligence and drill-down detail, executives can perform analysis and comparisons with greater oversight in less time.
