Expect Miracles Foundation Raises Over $1 Million at Annual Golf Event through the Financial Community’s Commitment in the Fight Against Cancer

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Expect Miracles Foundation (formerly Mutual Funds Against Cancer), one of the leading advocates in the fight against cancer within the financial services industry, raised $1 Million at its annual East Coast Classic on June 16^th. Held at Pinehills Golf Club and Indian Pond Country Club, this sold-out event was emceed by WEEI’s John Dennis.

The event was sponsored by more than 60 leading financial industry firms and hosted over 400 business and financial executives. Wally the Green Monster made an appearance to cheer the kids on as they were taught how to putt and drive by Jim Tennant, PGA Professional, and his team.
