IBS announces the formation of the CEO office

The board of directors at IBS AB has today appointed Christian Paulsson as new acting CEO and COO. Mr. Paulsson will assume the new position on June 29th, 2011.

SOLNA, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Christian Paulsson has been an employee with IBS (STO:IBSB) since February 2010 and has been EVP of Corporate Development and M&A as well as had the acting CEO position from May 2010 to February 2011.

Previously today, at the AGM, Pallab Chatterjee was appointed as executive chairman of IBS. The executive chairman and the acting CEO will work very closely together over the coming months in the office of the CEO to transition the company into its new ownership and implement the plans of Symphony Technology Group.

Mr Johan Berg will, as a consequence of the new appointment, leave his position with IBS on June 28th.
