DOLE Fruit Crisp has fewer than 160 calories, no trans fat and 40 percent of the recommended daily allowance of vitamin C. This portable snack can be enjoyed at room temperature or heated briefly in the microwave. They are sold in packages of two servings and feature a convenient cup with easy-to-open, peel-off lids, so they can be enjoyed anywhere – while at home, the office or on-the-go.
