HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--US Infrastructure Holdings, LLC (USI) announced today that the company has received a $100 million equity commitment from EnCap Flatrock Midstream’s EnCap Energy Infrastructure Fund and management. USI is an established midstream company focused on the acquisition, development and operation of natural gas gathering and processing assets across the country with a current emphasis on opportunities in the Bossier/Haynesville and Marcellus/Utica shale plays.

(formerly Natural Gas Clearinghouse) and part of the executive team that took the company public in 1990. During his tenure, Dynegy was one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Burciaga and Lee are co-founders of Asset Risk Management, LLC (ARM), a commodity advisory firm providing risk management services to oil and gas producers and end users throughout North America. Other members of the management team include Chief Financial Officer Lee Urbina; Ralph Neumann, senior vice president, engineering & operations; and Gary Bryan, senior vice president, business development.
