Ceridian Acquires Leading Workforce Management Consulting Firm

Ceridian’s acquisition of leading workforce management consulting firm, Versult, adds implementation capacity and deep industry expertise to the Ceridian team.

MINNEAPOLIS & TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ceridian Corporation, leading providers of human resource, workforce management, payroll, and benefits administration solutions, announced today it has acquired the Versult Group, Inc. Since Ceridian’s February 2011 announcement of its investment in Dayforce and the launch of Ceridian’s InView Workforce Management, more than 90 organizations have signed on to use the company’s leading edge workforce management solution. Ceridian’s significant Dayforce investment and the most recent acquisition of the Versult Group demonstrate Ceridian’s commitment to current and future InView Workforce Management clients. Versult is a leading workforce management (WFM) consulting firm.
