(NASDAQ: DITC), a leader in the development of voice processing systems for communications networks, today announced that its Board of Directors voted to appoint Ken Naumann as Chief Executive Officer and to Ditech’s Board of Directors, effectively immediately, adding to his existing title of President.

Naumann was appointed President in March 2011, from World Wide VP of Sales. Naumann filled the President role after Dr. Todd Simpson, former CEO and President resigned in March 2011. Dr. Simpson has resigned from the Board of Directors effective May 27, 2011.
