MTI Names Chad Theesfeld VP, Business Development

LANGHORNE, Pa.--()--MTI Information Technologies today announced the appointment of Chad Theesfeld as Vice President, Business Development. In his new position he will be responsible for sales efforts supporting MTI’s proprietary DCS Platform, and for using his consultative skills to outline the benefits of a Professional Relationship Management strategy to best optimize a client or brand’s HCP marketing communications programs. MTI works as a strategic partner to offer experience and innovation in a perfect blend as a trusted PRM partner. The addition of Theesfeld is a move to continue the expansion of its Business Development team.

According to MTI’s CEO, Bill Clapper, “Chad is a skilled professional with the ability to adeptly comprehend a client’s brand challenges and convert that knowledge into actionable PRM strategies to optimize resource allocation. In particular, his experience in providing strategic direction to multi-channel marketing programs will be a particular asset to our clients. He brings to his new position more than 14 years of experience in the Life Science Industry where he has managed enterprise software and services to enhance sales force effectiveness, marketing initiatives and compliance.”

Prior to joining MTI, Theesfeld served as Account Executive at Cegedim Relationship Management. While there he was responsible for the sales of solutions and services such as the firm’s CRM/SFA & support services including Marketing Program Integration; Regulatory and Compliance solutions; and Master Data Management solutions. He also held the position of Manager, Sales Systems at ALTANA Pharma where he worked in Sales Operations in charge of sales force effectiveness systems which supported marketing initiatives including a brand launch. Prior to that Theesfeld was SFA Solutions Manager with inVentiv Health.

Theesfeld earned an undergraduate degree in Health Policy & Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, 1997 State College, Pa. He also was the recipient of the 2010 Cegedim President’s Club award for the ‘Highest New Business TCV Sales’.
