NEW YORK--()--HMS, a wholly owned subsidiary of HMS Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:HMSY), today announced that it had been awarded a contract by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) to perform casualty, third party liability recovery, and financial credit balance services. The contract extends through June 30, 2013, with the option to renew for two additional two-year periods.
HMS has performed third party liability recovery services on behalf of Ohio since 1999. During the most recent contract term (2006 – 2010), HMS has recovered more than $360 million for ODJFS.
