AFL Acquires TCC Group

SPARTANBURG, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AFL has signed an agreement to acquire TCC Group, a leading telecommunications network implementation and integration provider based in Bracknell, United Kingdom. TCC Group will join the AFL global portfolio to provide communications services to the European markets.

TCC Group has experience in designing, building, installing and maintaining next generation networks for a number of large telecommunications customers. This acquisition expands AFL’s capability to provide customers with copper and fiber technology services from the switch site to the customer premise. With AFL’s global portfolio, this expertise is further enhanced into new and larger markets.
