NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--To help aspiring nurses in Alabama whose nursing education may have been interrupted by the tornado disasters last month, Kaplan Nursing is offering its NCLEX-RN Review Class for free, Monday, May 23 through Thursday, May 26, from 9 AM to 4 PM, at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville. The comprehensive course will provide students with 21 hours of class time, with a live teacher helping them learn the clinical reasoning strategies they need to succeed on the nurse licensing exam. Students will also receive three months of online access to Kaplan’s Qbank, an online question bank and the Question Trainer, a bank of online practice tests.

Zeitlin added that future free NCLEX-RN courses for affected students are planned in June, with the added ability for students unable to travel to on-site classroom locations to access them via Kaplan’s Classroom Anywhere™ technology, which takes the dynamic interaction of a live instructor and combines it with state-of-the-art online tools (audio, instant chat, whiteboard, polling, and screen-sharing functionality) to create a virtual classroom experience.
