With more than 70 years of combined experience, the veteran team will help scale the company at a time of unprecedented growth. Today, SimplyHired.com catalogues more than eight million jobs worldwide for over 16 million users each month, making it a top five job site in the U.S. Since March 2010, SimplyHired.com has expanded its jobs database by 43 percent and has enjoyed 51 percent more site visitors year-over-year. Below are the new executives joining the SimplyHired.com team.

Suresh Duddi will oversee engineering, operations and IT at SimplyHired.com as the company’s new Vice President, Engineering. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Duddi previously served as Vice President, Engineering at LiveOps. He has also managed engineering teams at Microsoft, Tellme and Netscape, where he was part of the initial team that wrote the Netscape browser and brought many now-familiar Internet technologies to life. He has also held engineering roles at Hewlett-Packard and Silicon Graphics. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Anna University in Chennai, India.

Daniel Greenberg joins SimplyHired.com as its Chief Marketing Officer, bringing 20 years of marketing experience and a track record of significant revenue growth. Previously, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for TrialPay and Tumbleweed, and as Vice President, Marketing for Macrovision, ACNielsen and Active Decisions, a venture-backed company he founded. Mr. Greenberg earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Oberlin College.

Carolyn Hughes joins as Vice President, People. With more than 15 years of human resources and recruiting experience, Ms. Hughes previously consulted as talent acquisition lead for Jobvite and SurveyMonkey and held HR leadership roles at LiveOps and Overture/Yahoo. She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Sheri Kahn will direct SimplyHired.com’s small business operations as its Vice President and General Manager of Small Business. Before joining SimplyHired.com, Ms. Kahn served as Vice President of Client Experience at Charles Schwab and held leadership roles at Visa and Levi Strauss, bringing more than 15 years of strategy and product marketing experience to the SimplyHired.com team. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in regional science, both from the University of Pennsylvania.
