Human Engines Named Runner-Up at Premier Venture Capital Conference

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Investorfest Media announces that Vyycore was voted “Best of Show” winner at MobiTechFest East on May 12, 2011 in Cambridge, Massachusetts by a judge panel of venture capital firms including Blue Run Ventures, Highland Capital Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, and Matrix Partners. Vyycore is the maker of a high-efficiency Pre-distorter core for cellular handset and WiFi devices to extend the life of mobile phone batteries. As Best of Show winner, Vyycore received a prize package worth $50,000 USD including an exhibit and marketing services from CTIA and legal services from Foley & Lardner LLP. Human Engines was also recognized during the competition as the runner-up winner for creating fun, innovative user experiences on emerging devices such as smart phones, tablets, and web-based operating systems.
