Reznick Group Relocates Headquarters

New Bethesda, Maryland Office Space Designed for Energy Efficiency and Collaborative Work Processes

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reznick Group, a top 20 national CPA firm, today announced that it has completed the move of its Bethesda headquarters to new offices at 7501 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 400E, Bethesda, Maryland. The firm’s 400 Bethesda based employees now occupy more than 105,000 square feet on three floors – a smaller footprint than the firm’s previous office space that will still allow for future expansion. The building is ideally located within Bethesda, just across the street from the Bethesda metro rail station, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and near numerous shops and restaurants.

The interior office space has been designed to allow many of Reznick Group’s client service teams to share the same floor. This is fully consistent with Reznick Group’s “one firm approach” which fosters collaboration between practice groups in an effort to better serve Reznick Group clients.

In 2010, Reznick Group became the first accounting firm in Montgomery County, Maryland to be designated as a Green Business by the Montgomery County Green Business Certification Program. The firm is building upon this distinction with its new office space by working towards Silver LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED certification provides independent third-party verification that a building project is environmentally responsible and provides employees with a healthy workplace environment.
