The 5Star Response Agent will arrange for appropriate assistance and will stay on the line with customers until they are safe and secure.

When the agent answers, he or she knows who the caller is, where they’re located using enhanced GPS technology, and instantly retrieves their Personal Profile that may include: emergency contacts, most-frequented locations, vehicle information, health conditions, and medications. The 5Star Response Agent will then assess the situation and provide the appropriate assistance. If it’s an emergency, the agent will conference in the local 911 Operator while also providing support such as notifying family members.
