Gaming Company Row Sham Bow Raises $3 Million Series A Financing

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Row Sham Bow, Inc., a new game development studio creating games for social networks, announced it has raised $3 million in funding from early-stage venture capital firm Intersouth Partners.

Row Sham Bow was founded by a veteran team of game makers with broad industry experience. Founded by President & CEO Philip Holt and Chief Technology Officer Nick Gonzalez, Row Sham Bow has assembled a world-class team of developers with decades of experience building iconic intellectual property.

Philip Holt was previously Vice President and Studio General Manager of Electronic Arts (EA) Tiburon. He has more than 18 years experience in game development. Before joining EA he served as Senior Vice President of Product Development for THQ. Nick Gonzalez previously served as a Chief Software Architect at Electronic Arts Tiburon before leaving to found Row Sham Bow. He was formerly Chief Technology Officer of video game technology company Massive, Inc. and has more than 14 years of experience in online technology development.
