USfalcon, Inc. Announces Restructure

MORRISVILLE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today USfalcon announced a new corporate organizational structure that will be the foundation to continue the growth it has experienced over the past six years. The former operational groups comprising USfalcon have become separate companies but wholly-owned subsidiaries of Talon USA, Inc. (Talon). Talon will retain the Morrisville corporate headquarters and provide the staff support and corporate leadership for the Talon family of companies.

USfalcon will be comprised of its Defense Solutions Group and will continue to provide the Command and Control, Computers, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) based services and manage the company’s prime Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) contract it was awarded in 2006 by the Communications Electronics Command. Retired U.S. Army Major General Jerry Brohm continues as President of USfalcon as announced last month by the company and will be headquartered in Aberdeen, MD, with an additional office in Shrewsbury, NJ.

The former Aerospace Solutions and National Security Groups have been consolidated under a new company, Greyhawk Defense LLC. Greyhawk will manage the company’s prime Scientific, Professional and Other Technical Services (SPOTS V) contract supporting the U.S. Army Research Engineering and Development Command awarded in 2008 from its Hampton Roads, VA offices. Greyhawk will also manage the newly awarded Innovation, Integration and Information Support (3IS) contract by the Air Force Space Command from its Colorado Springs, CO office.

The third company reporting to Talon is The Durango Group, Inc., formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of USfalcon. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Talon, Durango will continue to provide expert consulting and subject matter expertise from the company’s Colorado Springs, CO office.
