Luminous Capital selects UMB Fund Services

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--UMB Fund Services, Inc. (UMBFS) announced today that its alternative investments division, JD Clark & Company (JD Clark), has been selected to provide alternative investment administration services for Luminous Capital.

JD Clark will provide Luminous Capital with back-office services including administration, accounting, investor servicing, anti-money laundering, audit coordination, web access services and reporting for the majority of its fund-of-funds, private equity and feeder fund products totaling approximately $1 billion in assets under management.

Luminous Capital is an SEC-registered investment adviser that currently oversees approximately $4 billion in client assets. It was founded in 2008 by a team of five partners who average nearly two decades of experience, having helped grow wealth advisory businesses at both Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch prior to launching Luminous Capital as an independent platform.
