NEW YORK--()--A study released this week by Innovation in Insurance (i3), which operates within the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, ranked Novarica first or tied for first across three of four categories.

Novarica, a research and advisory firm that serves insurer IT and operational executives, was ranked highest in “information provided for solution and software selection,” and tied for first in “information provided for technology trends” and “trustworthiness.” Among the survey’s insurer executive respondents. Other firms rated in the survey included Gartner, Forrester, Celent, and others.
“The i3 program is excited that Novarica was highly rated in our first annual review of the analysts that cover the insurance technology industry,” said Allie Gregg, Director of Marketing, Communications, and Capital Funding, at Innovation in Insurance. “The survey was open to all of our subscribers to rate and provide feedback about sources of information used in strategic decision making. Novarica is well-respected within in the industry, and the data from our first annual study supports the value they provide to their customers.”
“We’re very pleased with this recognition by i3 and its members,” said Novarica partner and managing director Matthew Josefowicz, “Our model is focused on building trust with our clients and our CIO research council members, and we’re gratified to see that recognized in the survey results.”
Novarica partner Chad Hersh added, “Given the 25-plus vendor selection projects we’ve assisted with over the past three years, we are especially pleased with our leading position in that category.”
Just three years after Novarica’s launch, the company’s Research Council of senior insurance IT executives has grown to nearly 300-strong, and the most recent council meeting included 35 in-person attendees, one of the largest gatherings of insurance CIOs and senior executives of the year. Novarica capped off its third anniversary by serving as the content partner and host for CDM Media’s first ever Core Systems Summit, which brought together over 45 Life/Annuity and Property/Casualty executives focused on core systems projects over two days.
