Commonwealth Business Bank Announces Appointment of Joanne Kim as President and Chief Executive Officer

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Commonwealth Business Bank (OTCBB: CWBB) announced today that Joanne Kim has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. A leader in the Korean-American business community for more than 32 years, Joanne Kim most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilshire State Bank and its holding company. Prior to her appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilshire State Bank, Ms. Kim served as Executive Vice President of Wilshire Bancorp. Ms. Kim also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Wilshire State Bank from August 1999 to March 2005.
