Rubber-Cal is Proud to Partner with ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to Give to Those in Need

SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--While economic stagnation lingers in America, ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition continues to fulfill dreams and help those in need of assistance. Rubber-Cal, Inc. has once again partnered with the popular television show to help another family. They recently gifted a state-of-the-art home gym to the Lampe family of Louisville, Kentucky. The episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition aired on Sunday, January 9, 2011, on the ABC Network.

For the Lampe family, it is a dream come true.

Despite facing a series of financial setbacks and struggling to raise their six young children, Jeff and Shelley Lampe have demonstrated unyielding generosity and leadership toward their friends and neighbors. The couple converted part of their home into a wrestling gym and offered training and guidance to local children.

When the crew of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition arrived in Kentucky late last year, they revamped the dilapidated house and converted the Lampes' makeshift gym into a state-of-the-art wrestling facility. Rubber-Cal's tough Coin Grip rubber flooring was installed in the new fitness room as durable gym flooring.
