SightLife Hires Scott Garrepy as Chief Development Officer

SEATTLE--()--SightLife is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Scott Garrepy as its new Chief Development Officer. Mr. Garrepy comes to SightLife from his post as Washington State University’s Development Director for International Programs.

SightLife is one of the leading Global Health Organizations in Seattle and the United States, focusing on the elimination of corneal blindness in developing countries. “Scott is a proven and innovative leader in the development world and we are excited to have his talents helping us eliminate corneal blindness,” said Monty Montoya, President and CEO of SightLife. “We know Scott has the experience and skills to help us resource our $18 million plan to scale corneal transplants in India to over 100,000 per year by 2020.”

Mr. Garrepy brings over 20 years of professional fundraising experience to his new position, including positions with the Atlanta Ballet and the Seattle Opera. He has served as Board President of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in Washington State and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Washington and Seattle University.
